Service

Standards training. Per role, not for a whole room at once.

Hands-on sessions on EN 50625, CLC/TS 50625 and EN 50614, adapted to each role in the company — so that every person knows what to do and why, not just that “the procedure says so”.

When you need this

  • You have the procedures written, but the people on the line have never read them.
  • At the audit, an operator is asked what he does at depollution and the answer does not match the procedure.
  • You have hired new people and have nothing to train them with.
  • You have to prove the staff is trained and you have no records.

What we actually do

01

We find out who does what

An operator on the dismantling line, an environmental officer and a shift supervisor need different things. We do not run the same session for everyone.

02

We prepare the sessions per role

On the EN 50625, CLC/TS 50625 and EN 50614 standards, but translated into what the person actually does, with examples from their own shop floor.

03

We hold the training at your site

On the shop floor and in the meeting room, not on a screen. We work on your equipment and your procedures.

04

We check what stuck

At the end you can see who understood and who did not. Where needed, we go over it again — a training that was ticked off but not understood helps nobody.

05

We leave the evidence

The training records, signed, in the form required at audit.

What you get

  • Training sessions held at your site, per role
  • The course materials, adapted to your flow
  • A knowledge check at the end
  • The training records, in the form required at audit

How we work

We come to you. Standards training delivered remotely, on generic slides, is forgotten in two weeks — and the auditor works that out with the first question.

We speak their language. An operator does not need to know the clause number in the standard; he needs to know why the compressor comes out whole and what happens if it does not.

Tell us how many people you have and what they do.

We put together a training plan for the roles in your company and tell you how long it takes and what it covers.
