Flow design. Material moves in one direction.
We design the path material takes through your plant: where it comes in, where it is depolluted, where it is dismantled, where fractions sit until they are sold. So that it does not double back and does not get mixed.
When you need this
- The plant grew piece by piece and now material travels back and forth.
- Hazardous fractions sit next to clean ones, because there is nowhere else left.
- You cannot prove that one treated batch did not get mixed with another.
- You are moving to another space or adding a line and want to get it right the first time.
What we actually do
We measure what is there
We come onto the shop floor and look at where material moves today, where it gets stuck and where it doubles back.
We draw the right route
Entry, intake, depollution, dismantling, fraction storage, dispatch. In one direction, with no crossing between the clean flow and the hazardous one.
We set the zones
What is stored where, how much space it needs and what must be kept apart from what, including the zones the standard requires explicitly.
We put up the signage
Placards and floor markings, so the route is visible on the shop floor, not just on paper. A flow you cannot see is a flow nobody follows.
We tie the plan to the documentation
The layout plan and the procedures describe exactly the flow that was designed. You are not left with a drawing that contradicts what the procedures say.

How we work
This one cannot be done remotely. A flow is designed on the shop floor, tape measure in hand, looking at the columns, the doors and how far the forklift reaches.
We work with what you have. We are not proposing a new building — we rearrange the route through the one you already have.
How the platform helps
