Service
Compliance consulting. From where you are, to certification.
We assess where your facility actually stands against the legal requirements and the EN 50625 standards, build the compliance plan and close the non-conformities one by one, until you are ready for certification.
When you need this
- Law 127/2024 requires a certificate from an accredited body and you do not know where to start.
- You have started preparing, but you are not sure what is still missing and what is already fine.
- An audit left you with a list of non-conformities you never closed.
- You have documents, but they came from somewhere else and describe a facility that is not yours.
What we actually do
We assess where you really stand
We come to the facility and look at what you actually do, not just at what the folders say. We compare it against the legal requirements and the EN 50625 and EN 50614 standards, and tell you plainly where you are.
We build the compliance plan
Not a list of general recommendations, but what has to be done, in what order and by whom. With the quick wins put first.
We close the non-conformities, one by one
Every point in the plan is closed with its own evidence: a procedure, a record, a change in the flow. Nothing is ticked off on somebody's word.
We review the documents the authorities require
We read them before they leave your desk for APM, GNM, ANPM or OIREP. Discrepancies between the permit, the records and what actually happens on the shop floor show up now, not at an inspection.
We take you all the way to certification
We stay with you until you pass. If the certification body asks for anything extra, we prepare it together.
What you get
- An assessment of where you really stand, against the law and the standards
- The compliance plan, with concrete steps, an order and owners
- The non-conformities closed, each with its evidence
- The documentation reviewed before it is filed
How we work
We come to your facility. Most consultants email you a set of templates and leave you to it. We look at the real flow, because that is where non-conformities come from — not from the formatting of the documents.
We also talk to the people doing the work, not only to management. A procedure the operator on the line has never seen does not exist.
How the platform helps
A good part of what an audit asks for is records: registers filled in, traceability on fractions, recovery rates calculated. If you work in WiseWEEE Dash, those already exist and can be shown in one click.
It is not a requirement for compliance. But it is the difference between digging through binders and opening a page.

Tell us where you stand.
We look at what you have and tell you honestly how far it is to certification. No flourishes and no drama.
