Environmental reporting. Generated, not gathered.
The mandatory reports — Order 269/2019 / Annex 10, under GEO 5/2015 — built straight from your operational records, with the mass balance checked on every category. Plus the monthly reporting to each transfer organisation, in the format each of them asks for.
When you need this
- The deadline is coming and the records are in three different files and in binders.
- The numbers do not match between what you declared to the transfer organisation and what your environmental records say.
- You have received a request for clarification and have to reconstruct where every quantity came from.
- You do the reporting once a year, in a week of work, and every time from scratch.
What we actually do
We put the records in order
We take what you have: registers, delivery notes, invoices, spreadsheets. We normalise supplier and equipment names, so the same company does not appear under three names and the same category under two.
We check the mass balance
How much came in, how much went out, how much is left in stock — per category. Discrepancies surface now, while they can still be sorted out, not after you have filed.
We fill in the forms
Order 269/2019 / Annex 10, in a form identical to the authority's template. No manual reformatting and no fields interpreted differently from one year to the next.
We prepare the reporting to the transfer organisations
Each producer responsibility organisation (OTR) asks for a different format and a different level of detail. We prepare all of them, monthly, in the shape each one requires.
We stay on the line
If requests for clarification come in, we do not leave you to answer them alone. The records the report was generated from stay at hand, so the answer goes out the same day.
