Service
Operational documentation. Written on your flow, not on a template.
Bilingual RO/EN procedures, written on your environmental permit and on how you actually work: intake, depollution, dismantling, handling of hazardous fractions, secure data destruction. With process diagrams, site layout plans and signage placards.
When you need this
- You need procedures for certification and have nowhere to get them from.
- You have a set of procedures from somebody else, describing another facility.
- You have been asked for process diagrams and layout plans and have none.
- The documents are only in Romanian, and the certification body wants them in English too.
What we actually do
We start from your permit
We read the environmental permit, what you are allowed to treat and the permitted capacities. The documentation has to match it — otherwise it is a problem in itself.
We look at the real flow on the shop floor
Where material comes in, where it is depolluted, where it is dismantled, where the fractions sit. The procedure describes what you do, not what would happen in an ideal facility.
We write the procedures
Intake, depollution, dismantling, handling of hazardous fractions, secure data destruction. Bilingual RO/EN, in the same shape throughout.
We draw
Process diagrams for each flow, site layout plans and signage placards — ready to print and put on the wall.
We generate them with our own tools
That is why they come out consistent: the same name for the same thing across every document, the same references to the standard. And when something changes, it changes everywhere at once.
What you get
- The set of operational procedures, bilingual RO/EN
- Process diagrams for each flow in the facility
- Site layout plans
- Signage placards, ready to print
How we work
We come to your facility and look at the flow before we write a line. Procedures describing somebody else's shop floor do not pass the audit, however well written they are.
The documentation is generated with tools we built, not written by hand every time. That is why it is consistent, and why it can be updated without breaking somewhere else.
How the platform helps
Procedures say what must be done. Registers prove it was done. In WiseWEEE Dash you fill them in electronically — visitors, incidents, spills, container decontamination, non-conformities, data destruction — and show them from one place.

Tell us which permit you work under.
We look at the permit and at the flow on the shop floor and tell you exactly what documentation you need.
