Law 127/2024 requires WEEE treatment operators to prove conformity with the EN 50625 and EN 50614 standards, through certificates issued by accredited bodies. It is mandatory.
WiseWEEE built a complete service around that reality: we prepare the compliance documentation, train the teams, automate the records and the environmental reporting, and digitalise the entire operational flow through the Dash platform — from intake to recovery.
We combine a detailed knowledge of WEEE regulations and CENELEC standards with software engineering, so that operators in Romania have tools at the level of those in Western Europe.

How the legal framework tightened
- 2012
Directive 2012/19/EU
The European Union sets the rules for collecting and treating WEEE.

GEO 5/2015
Romania transposes the directive into national law.
- 2021
Order 417/2021
The Ministry of Environment approves the list of WEEE treatment standards. EN 50625 and EN 50614 become the official reference in Romania.
- 2024
Law 127/2024
Authorised treatment operators must prove, within 24 months, that they conform to the standards listed in Order 417/2021 — through certificates issued by accredited bodies.

Now
The 24-month deadline has passed. Anyone treating WEEE has to be able to show the certificate.

We assess where you actually stand against the legal requirements and the EN 50625 standards, build the compliance plan and close the non-conformities one by one, up to certification readiness. We also review and file the documents the authorities require — we catch the discrepancies before they turn into non-conformities.

Operational documentation
Bilingual RO/EN procedures written on your environmental permit and on your real flow: intake, depollution, dismantling, handling of hazardous fractions, secure data destruction — with process diagrams, site layout plans and signage placards, generated with our own tooling for consistency and accuracy.

Standards training
Hands-on sessions on EN 50625, CLC/TS 50625 and EN 50614, adapted to each role in the company, so that the team knows the procedures and the requirements behind the certification.

Reporting
Environmental reporting — Order 269/2019 / Annex 10, under GEO 5/2015 — generated straight from your operational records, with the mass balance checked on every category and forms identical to the authority's template. Plus the monthly reporting to each transfer organisation, in the format each of them asks for. In hours, not weeks.

Operational flow design
We design the flow inside your facility: where equipment comes in, where it is depolluted, where it is dismantled, where fractions are stored until they are sold. So that material moves in one direction, without doubling back and without mixing.

The platform
WiseWEEE Dash
The platform that digitalises the entire flow of a WEEE treatment operator — from waste intake to the sale of fractions — with complete data isolation per company and traceability on every fraction.

Intake with OCR
Receipts and weighbridge tickets are read automatically. The supplier is filled in from the tax number, and quantities allocate themselves to the right organisation. Nobody retypes what is already printed on paper.

Recipes
Every equipment type has its own recipe: which fractions come out of it and in what proportion. You set it up once, for your facility.
After that, at every dismantling operation, the app splits the quantity by itself. Nobody does the arithmetic by hand.

SIATD mapping
You call it “small fan heater”. SIATD wants “category 5, subcategory 43”.
You map it once. From then on the app translates by itself, on every submission. And with the browser extension, purchases go straight into SIATD — no copying, no pasting.

Recovery rates
Recovery and recycling rates are calculated automatically, per category, with a compliance status against the legal targets. You see whether you are in the clear before somebody else tells you.

The registers
Visitors, incidents, spills, container decontamination, non-conformities, data destruction. All required by the standards, all filled in electronically, in one place, ready to show.

Export per organisation
Every producer responsibility organisation has its own Excel template, with its own column headings. Dash produces the ready-to-import export for each one, in its own template: ECOTIC, ENVIRON, RLG, RedPoint and CNREE.
