WEEELABEX compliance audit
We check your plant against the EN 50625 and EN 50614 standards and the CLC/TS specifications, with a certified WEEELABEX lead auditor. You get written findings, each tied to the requirement in the standard. We only do it for operators we have not consulted for.
Compliance consulting
We assess where you actually stand against the legal requirements and the EN 50625 standards, build the compliance plan and close the non-conformities one by one, up to certification readiness. We also review and file the documents the authorities require — we catch the discrepancies before they turn into non-conformities.
Operational documentation
Bilingual RO/EN procedures written on your environmental permit and on your real flow: intake, depollution, dismantling, handling of hazardous fractions, secure data destruction — with process diagrams, site layout plans and signage placards, generated with our own tooling for consistency and accuracy.
Standards training
Hands-on sessions on EN 50625, CLC/TS 50625 and EN 50614, adapted to each role in the company, so that the team knows the procedures and the requirements behind the certification.
Reporting
Environmental reporting — Order 269/2019 / Annex 10, under GEO 5/2015 — generated straight from your operational records, with the mass balance checked on every category and forms identical to the authority's template. Plus the monthly reporting to each transfer organisation, in the format each of them asks for. In hours, not weeks.
Operational flow design
We design the flow inside your facility: where equipment comes in, where it is depolluted, where it is dismantled, where fractions are stored until they are sold. So that material moves in one direction, without doubling back and without mixing.
Either we are your consultants or we are your auditors. Not both. Whoever writes the documentation cannot be the one who checks it.
